This policy explains how billing, cancellation, and refunds work for Culips English memberships. It is part of our Terms of Service. The service is provided by Culips LLC.
Paid memberships renew on their own at the end of each billing period (for example, each month or each year) until you cancel. You can see your plan and renewal date in your account settings.
If you are not satisfied, you can ask for a full refund within 7 days of your first membership payment, for any reason. This applies to your first payment as a new member. Just email us within those 7 days (see "How to request a refund" below) and we will refund that payment.
You can cancel at any time in your account settings. When you cancel, your membership stays active until the end of the period you already paid for, so you keep full access until then, and it will not renew after that. Because you keep access for the full period you paid for, we generally do not refund partial periods or unused time after a renewal, except as described below or where the law requires it.
We may give a refund at our discretion outside the cases above, for example for a clear billing error or a duplicate charge. If you think you were charged in error, contact us within a reasonable time and we will look into it.
Nothing in this policy limits any refund or cancellation rights you have under the consumer-protection laws that apply to you. Some regions give a cooling-off or withdrawal period for digital purchases; where that applies to you, those rights still stand.
Email Contact@Culips.com from the address on your account, and include the reason and any details (for example, the charge date). We will respond as soon as we can.
If you have a billing concern, please contact us first so we can help quickly. Filing a chargeback without contacting us may lead to your account being suspended while the dispute is reviewed.
For billing questions, email Contact@Culips.com. We are happy to help.
