Welcome to Culips. These terms are the rules for using our website, app, and lessons. By using Culips, you agree to these terms. Please read them with care.
This is a sample agreement for a demo website. Please review it with a legal advisor before you use it for a real business.
These terms are an agreement between you and Culips English ("Culips", "we", "us"). They cover everything we offer, including the website, the app, audio lessons, study guides, and live classes. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use Culips.
To use most of Culips, you need an account. When you make one, you agree to:
You must be at least 16 years old to make an account.
Some parts of Culips are free. To use everything, you need a paid membership. When you become a member, you agree to pay the price shown at checkout. Prices may include tax, depending on where you live.
Memberships renew on their own at the end of each period (for example, each month or each year) unless you cancel. We charge the same payment method you used before. We will always show the price clearly before you buy.
You can cancel at any time from your account settings. When you cancel, your membership stays active until the end of the period you already paid for. After that, it will not renew.
If you change your mind soon after you pay, contact us at support@culips.com and we will do our best to help. If you live in Europe or the UK, you may also have a legal right to cancel a new purchase within 14 days. Some limits apply once you start using digital content.
Culips is for your own personal learning. When you use it, you agree not to:
All Culips lessons, audio, text, guides, and designs belong to Culips or our partners. We give you the right to use them for your own learning while you have an account. You do not own them, and you may not share or resell them.
In live classes and community spaces, please be kind and respectful. We may remove anyone who is rude, unsafe, or breaks these rules. We want Culips to feel friendly for every learner.
We work to keep Culips online and working well. Still, we may add, change, or remove features at any time. Sometimes the service may be down for repairs or updates.
We give you Culips with great care, but we cannot promise it will be perfect or never have problems. As far as the law allows, Culips is not responsible for any loss that we could not reasonably expect. Nothing in these terms removes rights that the law gives you.
These terms follow the laws of the place where Culips is based, unless the law in your own country gives you stronger rights. In that case, those rights still apply to you.
